 | | | A lot of people dread even the thought of having to buy a new car. Fortunately
for me, my experience at Doten Hyundai was so positive, that I am actually
looking forward to buying my next car there. From the first reply email to the
last signature on the paperwork, everyone at Doten was pleasant and friendly,
thoughtful of my time, and helpful. I first made contact with Randy Hall. I
will never buy a car from anyone else. He was so straightforward, honest and
hard-working during my buying experience that I have already recommended him to
many friends. He sat with me for more than an hour, explaining how every cool
gadget worked before sending me on my way. Meeting with the finance manager was
even pleasant. I got the feeling that I was buying a car from friends who cared
about me, even though I'd never met anyone at the dealership before.
And then, there's the car! I LOVE MY HYUNDAI SONATA!! It is the best car I have
ever owned. It gets the best mileage, It handles like a really expensive sports
sedan, even in the recent rain! It is beautiful. Thanks goes to Randy for
searching the state for a rare iridescent blue pearl, and then waiting until 11
PM for it to arrive so I could pick it up the next day! It was also an amazing
value for the money. No one can believe it when I tell them what I paid for it.
Everyone tells me it looks like a $40k BMW or Mercedes. I tell everyone what a
great day I had in Richmond at Doten Hyundai this summer. Thanks, Everyone.

The staff at Doten Hyundai has worked tirelessly to be sure our family got the right vehicle for our needs. This includes Kip, the General Manager, Mike, the General Sales Manager, Jerry, the Sales Manager, Karen Lee, our Sales representative, and Lisa, the cashier in the Service Department.

| | | We first met Karen in 2000, soon after she arrived at Doten Hyundai. Family and friends have purchased 15 cars from Karen. Three from us alone, 6 from our children, 6 from friends. My next purchase will be the new Genesis.
We highly recommend Hyundai and Karen as a salesperson. There is never pressure in buying from her and she knows her product well.

After several trips to Doten Hyundai and admiring the new then 2006 Sonata, I finally bought one. Karen was my salesperson then and today still. I have referred numerous people to Doten Hyundai and I always tell them to ask for Karen. She has always been there for me and my friends and family, whever we have had a question about our Hyundai vehicles or about the new behicles coming out soon. If Karen doesn’t know the answer she will find out for us and call us back ASAP. I am glad she is still here at Doten Hyundai and for that reason I will return to purchase my next vehicle with her again and again. I love my Sonata! Before I bought my Sonata I owned a 200 Elantra, I brought that car here to Doten Hyundai for service. Then when I bought my Sonata , again, Doten Hyundai has been the only Dealer Service Dept. that has touched my car. The service people, Nicholas and Lisa, go out of their way to make sure I am 100% satisfied with the service outcome of my vehicles. I have referred non-Hyundai owners to Doten’s service department because I know they give quality service and care about their customers too! Thank you Doten Hyundai for 10 ears of great cars, great sales people, great service for my cars, and great people who make Hyundai vehicles. After some research and looking around for a new car, we were highly
recommended by a friend to contact Randy at Doten Hyundai. We compared many different brands and found the Hyundai Tucson to be stylish and nice to drive. I'm 80 years old and have had 20 new cars since 1956,including 3
Volvos,2 ChryslerN.Y.,BMW735,Cad Eldorado and the Lexus 430 traded in
on my Genesis 4.6.My wife and I agree that the Genesis is the most
satisfying,sportiest most fun and a feel good car.This is the first
car I've waxed the first month of owning.You can feel the workers
pride built into this car.My grandaughter loves her Sonata and her
mother says her next vehicle will definitely will be a Hyundai.I plan
to be around in 2020 and get a new Genesis from Doten Hyundai in
