My 1st appointment was scheduled for Tuesday at 12n, when I arrived I was informed that the mechanic didn’t have time to do a diagnostic check today due to the walk-Ins. Alana Brown was a great sales rep with excellent customer service. She went beyond the call of duty to drive our old car to our home as we drove the new car so we could get the charger and clean out the old car without having to drive back to the dealer ourselves. That saved a lot of time on a night we had plans. She also helped me get the charging apps on my phone and gave me her cell phone number to train or troubleshoot anything else with the car.

I bring my car to the closest Hyundai dealership (Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai) for ALL service appointments, despite the distance and the time it takes out of my day. My house is 18 miles from Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai. That’s about 36 MILES round trip and a minimum of 1 HOUR driving time, Plus factor in the time it takes to inspect and service my car, and the day is ‘gone.’ I booked an appointment for 10/23/23 to get the “Anti-theft Recall/Upgrade” and also booked a “scheduled Service”. ...
