This dealer has gone from 5 to less than 1 in the service department. A year ago, they were amazing—once I got through on the phone. My car had been towed to them (computer probs) and after repeated phone calls it was handled and turned out fine. But I have been trying to get two plastic pieces replaced because a rock hit me (still a $2500 repair not warranty) and I have been trying to get a return call or email since November 21. The sales people and finance person were great. However, the person who negotiated the lease with me, I think it was a manager, did not know how or did not want to explain the numbers behind the lease and only begrudgingly did so and with some struggle. I was also consistently given gross underestimates of how long the leasing paperwork process would take which, to be fair, was likely at least partly due to serious understaffing issues. So while I enjoyed working with the sales people, I would not recommend leasing a car at this facility.

Got a great car here (an EV) and they were willing to negotiate to get my business. Most of the salespeople are knowledgeable. The dealership is not very transparent about their inventory and prices, which many other dealers have on their website. But I don’t know why because they actually don’t charge any of the junk fees and surcharges that a lot of other dealers will tack on. They’re pretty fair overall. And Hyundais are great cars.

Not helpful. They have a month long wait to get a car serviced and offer no alternatives. If your car is out of commission, how can you leave it for a month?!

My car had vandalism. They said my car is repaired but still has another problem that the key fub doesn't communicate with my car. They only fixed the problem that they can't see and didn't test my car fully before returning the car to me. Now ervice advisors keep saying they will call me back and let me know about the inspection but they never call me back and my car has been there about a month now. They don't even answer the phone usually. I have to call multiple times to talk to Service advisors.

Working with Jonny at Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai was a positive experience while leasing our first electric vehicle. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable about both leasing and EVs. While there was a brief issue with offer availability, Jonny followed up to honor the original deal. However, vehicle preparation needs improvement. We had to return to the dealership for a software reboot to get basic functions working, and the tires were six pounds under-inflated - something that should have been caught in pre-delivery inspection. I bought 2 cars with them. I tried to get information about my gap insurance after my car got towed but absolutely nobody answered the phone. I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks now. They only pick up your call if you dial the sales extension, and refuse to help. They just want to take your money, after you buy a car with them you are on your own. Made an appointment, got in on time, and I worked until my car was ready. Tires rotated, service, wiperblades replaced and a piece of molding that tried to run away from a parking curb. On a day when they were backed up I was in and out in under 3 hours.

After my local dealer showed no interest in selling me something that wasn’t on their lot I went to Richmond where I found stellar service. Randy Hall answered my long list of questions. When their connectivity was down I couldn’t finalize a deal, but we did this remotely. Then Randy personally delivered the vehicle to my home which was 1.5 hour drive from Richmond. The dealership honored the Costco discount as well the $7500 commercial rebate on an EV lease. I couldn’t be more pleased!

First I would have put 1 star but they are making things right: after I brought my car in for recalls, I have had problem after problem that nobody could seem to fix.
